The founder, made a decision focus on providing with the KATBIN services and products, after walking to NETBANK in Cape Town CBD and spend more than an hour to be serve after leaving the branch and walk with street away found other NETBANK branch with almost no queue as the previous, then the idea come again to his mind why not to set up an application that will allow people to verify how many closest branches are around his chosen location and how long it will take to be given attention.
Later the same question popup again in mind while working to check his wife at a hair salon witnessing hours queue and concluded people are really wasting for service or product that they can obtain in the same location without wasting much time by ignorance.
